Rates are weekly in Canadian dollars, and based on occupancy up to 6 people when renting the Entire Home and up to 4 people when renting the Upper Floor only. Fees for larger groups are available upon request.
Cleaning fee: $350 (5+ guests); $300 (up to 4 guests)
Laundry fee: $200 (5+ guests); $150 (up to 4 guests)
Pet fee: $250 per pet
In July and August we can only accept weekly bookings, though the rest of the year we will consider requests for shorter stays.
Long Stay Rates: Outside of July and August, we are open to discussing Longer Term rentals at reduced rates.
Kayak Rentals:
Double kayak: $200 per week
Single kayaks: $125 per week (2 available)
Custom boat excursions:

Catering, extra kayak rentals, boat trips to Savary Island directly from the bay, and boat tours of Desolation Sound, can be arranged with our local partners upon request.
