Upper Floor only:  $2,100 

Christmas / New Year’s Weeks 2026/27:
Entire Home:  $5,900
Upper Floor only:  $4,200 

Spring 2027 (March-May):
Entire Home:  $4,500
Upper Floor only:  $2,100 

Early Summer 2027 (early June):
Entire Home:  $7,900
Upper Floor only:  $4,200 

Peak Summer 2027 (late June - Labour Day):
Entire Home:  $10,900
Upper Floor only:  NA

Late Summer 2027 (Sept):
Entire Home:  $7,900
Upper Floor only:  $4,200 

Fall 2027 and Winter 2028 (Oct-Feb):
Entire Home:  $3,500
Upper Floor only:  $2,100

Rates are weekly in Canadian dollars, and based on occupancy up to 6 people when renting the Entire Home and up to 4 people when renting the Upper Floor only. Fees for groups of up to 8 people in the Entire Home are available upon request.

Cleaning fee: $400 (5+ guests); $300 (up to 4 guests)

Laundry fee: $250 (5+ guests); $150 (up to 4 guests)

Pet fee: $400 per pet

In July and August we can only accept weekly bookings, though the rest of the year we will consider requests for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights).  

Long Stay Rates: Outside of July and August, we are open to discussing Longer Term rentals at reduced rates.

Kayak Rentals:
Double kayak:  $200 per week (1 available)
Single kayaks: $125 per week (2 available)

Other: Catering, extra kayak rentals, boat trips to Savary Island directly from the bay, and boat tours of Desolation Sound, can be arranged with our local partners upon request.
